I’m Ezekiel Taylor—most call me Zeek. I’m a serial entrepreneur in the faith space, a minister who refuses to play small, and a consultant who mobilizes ministries out of neutral and into real movement.
I’ve discipled hundreds of young people, built youth ministries that grew from 15 kids to 100 packing the room, and created strategies that help churches stop coasting and start scaling. Growth isn’t an accident; it’s a system—and I build those systems.
Through Genesis 1:28, formerly Uniting People Church Consulting, I push churches to stop blending in and start standing out. My Fast Track Blueprint wasn’t designed for committees that want to “talk about it.” It’s for leaders who are done with excuses and ready for traction now.
I’ve crafted brand guides that became training tools, built campaigns that sent engagement through the roof, and turned visions into visuals that move people. Media, branding, outreach—it’s all fuel for mobilization.
I’m here to demand excellence, call out mediocrity, and help leaders step into the mandate of Genesis 1:28—be fruitful, multiply, and steward influence well.
As Minister of Intergenerational Ministries, I conducted and executed intergenerational virtual and in-person activities that foster spiritual growth across all age groups. I developed and taught Bible studies for youth, teens, and adults, ensuring sound biblical doctrine and engaging discussions. I was also responsible for enhancing church communication for student and college ministry efforts , and managing the church’s social media presence to enhance ministry outreach.
I successfully rebuilt the youth ministry, leading to exponential growth and an average of 60-100 participants per Sunday for youth services. I was responsible for the preparation and execution of all youth church activities, events, and worship services. This role also involved teaching weekly mid-week Bible studies for teens and developing, training, and equipping students to lead in youth ministry.
